MAT PERIUK CAFÉ, IPOH


Assalamualaikum.


Ini cerita 2 April 2015 tapi baru nak cerita hari ni, hihi..Masa ni, nadia pergi Ipoh untuk interview kerja.  Disebabkan nadia pergi 1 hari je, nadia naik bas dan suruh Faizul hantarkan. Faizul half day masa hari tu.

After interview, kitorang tengok Fast & Furious 7..Kebetulan pergi on Thursday, buy 1 free 1 ticket kalau guna Maybank Debit card untuk standard seat.. Sukalah nadia! Apa lagi..hehe..And Furious 7 is awesome! Best, kelakar, sedih semua ada.. Kereta-kereta dia pulak , perghhhh meleleh air liur! Hihi..


After habis tengok movie, nadia ajak faizul pergi Bercham, nak pergi Mat Periuk Café ni lah..Ini dekorasi café.

So far, okay lah food dia, ada banyak lagi menu dia, so if korang datang tak ada lah asyik order menu yang sama je..Western ada, Melayu pun ada. Masa nadia pilih desert, chiller diorang macam kosong je tau, so nadia ambil lah pavlova je,but then bila kitorang nak bayar, nahhhh dia keluarkan deserts yang hurmmm..tempting gila!


Haiihhhh tak ada rezeki betul, nak beli rasa macam dah tak larat sangat dah nak makan. Lain kali jelah kan..So, ini alamat

RESEPI : KEBAB STICKS

Asslamualaikum.


Kali ni nadia nak share satu resepi mudah dan sedap, sesuai untuk dijadikan salah satu menu untuk barbeku atau pelbagai majlis. Mula-mula nadia tengok resepi ni dalam satu rancangan masakan, French Food at Home, then nampak Shea Rasol post dekat instagram and share resepi kat blog. Tapi baru sekarang nadia  tergerak hati nak buat.Hihi.


 Nadia refer resepi Shea tapi since sos black pepper nadia dan expired, terpaksalah nadia buat resepi sendiri untuk marinate ayam nadia. So, jom tengok resepi nadia, kalau nak follow resepi Shea, korang pergi dekat blog myamethyst-shea.com.

BAHAN UTAMA

2 bahagian dada ayam


1 biji lada benggala (merah)
1 biji lada benggala (hijau)
Tomato ceri
Bawang besar
Lidi sate


*nadia guna baby tomato sebab masa beli bahan2 ni, tomato ceri tak ada jual..huhu..Then, kalau korang jumpa lada benggala warna kuning lagi bagus, boleh pelbagaikan warna kebab sticks kita ni..

BAHAN UNTUK SOS PERAPAN

3 ulas bawang putih
3 sudu besar sos tiram
3 sudu besar kicap manis
2 sudu besar madu
1 sudu besar lada hitam kisar
Beberapa cubit garam


CARA-CARA
1.       Potong dadu dada ayam dan ketepikan.
2.       Kupas dan tumbuk bawang putih.
3.       Campurkan semua bahan sos perapan bersama bawang putih tadi.

4.       Gaulkan dada ayam bersama bahan-bahan tadi dan perap selama beberapa jam.


5.       Bila ayam dah ready, potong lada benggala, baby tomato dan bawang – saiz lebih kurang saiz ayam tadi.
*kalau guna tomato ceri, korang tak payah potong tau, biar je sebiji-sebiji macam tu.


6.       Cucuk bahan tadi berselang seli dengan ayam.
7.       Kalau korang ada grill pan, bakarlah atas tu, kalau tak ada, gunalah non stick pan macam nadia ni..hehe


Dah siap, TADAAAAA!!!

Getaway in Style: Phuket

Hi, I’m Nadia.

 I am currently finding the best place for my honeymoon. Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore are on my short list. So, when I read about contest from FashionValet and The Luxe Nomad#fvtlngetaway, I was like "what a coincidence?" It is like “pucuk dicita, ulam mendatang” in Malay quotes. Hehe.


Why I’d like to stay in Paresa Phuket?
 I can imagine how the feeling while staying there by their tagline, Paresa, Heaven of all Heavens. The location is just perfect and strategic, the resort is built in between tropical forest landscape with a great view facing the beautiful Andaman Sea as you can see in the picture below. This resort is located at Kamala, Phuket. I am a nature lover and of course to see the view has made me wanderlust!


 The architecture is respecting the mother nature, earth tone brickwork perfectly blends with tropical vegetation. For me, when you visit another country, it is good if we can feel their culture, architecture, art and tradition and Paresa Resort are modern, luxury resort, but also good interpretation of South Thai design characteristic as you can see in their room design. It’s just a perfect combination of cozy, romantic and sweet escape for two. 



Two things that attract me so much which are the restaurant and the infinity pool. One of their restaurants is so strategic where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset view while having your meal. And infinity pool always makes me excited!



As we know, FashionValet have a variety of choices for any occasion. And I have two inspirer in fashion. They are FashionValet founder, Vivy Yusof and fashion blogger, Raja NadiaSabrina. I love how they mix and match and the output is so amazing, modesty and clean look.


So, here my choices of style while I was there inspired by these two persona.

This style is when I go walking along the beach with my future husband or have a romantic dinner while waiting for sunset. ^_^

This one is for the last day. Bright colour in order to avoid sadness to say “good bye” to Paresa resort. Jeans and flat shoes is to get ready to explore Phuket before going back to Malaysia. Hehe.

Tutorial : Pasang LinkWithin pada Blog

Hari ni nadia nak share tutorial pasang LinkWithin pada blog.

1. Klik pada link nadia bagi kat atas tu, then isi form.


2. Klik Get widget, then akan appear macam ni..Klik dekat install widget tu..


3. Kemudian akan keluar macam ni,


4. Klik 'Add Widget' button then dia akan terus direct ke layout blog korang. Make sure korang dah log in siap-siap. Then, pindahkan gadjet 'LinkWithin' tu di bawah gadjet 'Blog Posts'.


5. Untuk tukar tajuk yang appear kat blog korang tu, klik edit pada gadjet dan tambah kod HTML di bawah ni, 'Your custom text : ' tu padam dan gantikan ayat korang sendiri.

Dubu Dubu Urban Korean Food.

Assalamualaikum

Kali ini nadia nak cerita mengenai satu restaurant Korea iaitu Dubu Dubu Urban Korean Food. Nadia pergi yang dekat Nu Sentral Mall. Nadia pergi dengan ex-studiomates nadia dekat UiTM Perak dulu. Oleh kerana tak tahu nak order apa, kitorang decide untuk ambil meal set. Kitorang berempat, so ambil lah yang meal set for 3 or 4 person.

Kitorang pilih seperti di bawah ni.

Soondubu Jigae (Seafood)
Honey Garlic Bulgogi (Beef)
Spicy Toppokki
Korean Spicy Wings
Dubu-dubu Rice
4 Roasted Barli Tea (Iced)
4 Desserts : Citron Dubu
Banchan (side dishes)

Sementara tunggu semua order sampai, apa lagi kan? Bergambar lah dulu..

Taraa, ni dia makanan kitorang. Gigih tunggu semua makanan sampai baru makan walaupun perut dah kebulur.



Meh nadia tunjuk satu persatu menu.

Soondubu Jigae (Seafood)
Rasa macam tomyam tapi tak masam. Macam sup pedas lah kot! hehe

Honey Garlic Bulgogi (Beef)
Yang ini paling favourite! Perapan dia tu sedap..yummy!

Spicy Toppokki
Toppokki tu rice cake, yang panjang-panjang tu..okay jugak rasa dia, cuma liat sikit.

Korean Spicy Wings
Ini pun okay, walaupun nama dia spicy tapi langsung tak pedas pun..Cili diorang memang tak pedas kot!

Okay, menu lain semua dalam gambar bawah ni siap ada nadia sekali. Hehe

Okay dan mengenyangkan.

4 Roasted Barli Tea (Iced)
air dia langsung tak ada rasa barli, rasa nescafe O tanpa gula. 

Banchan (side dishes)
- kacang buncis
- kimchi 
- macaroni

tak faham kan side dishes ni..try makan kimchi, kimchi ni macam sambal belacan diorang la ye tak?tapi yang ni tak sedap! kawan nadia cakap, ada tempat yang sedap. 

Dessert : kitorang tak ada ambil gambar sebab dia sampai lambat, so sampai je  kitorang terus ngappp!

Rasa dia not bad, most of makanan tu lebih kurang je macam masakan melayu cuma kurang kick sikit. Tapi kalau diberi pilihan, nadia okay je kalau datang sini lagi. Good to try la!
Price tu after tax bagai dalam RM98 berapa sen ntah. RM100 lah senang cerita.
